This way, each collaboration is unique and perfectly measurable when looking at the results or achievements.

My Story

Philip Trappeniers, hometown Leuven, over 20 years of Brewery, HoReCa and ICT Consulting experience, is a draught beer specialist, Change Manager & ICT Project Manager as well as an experienced sales and customer services specialist. The last few years, project & change management have become vital to any management role within the industry. The combination of all these competences are put into 1 company: Challenge Consult.

Bachelor in Business Administration, with professional experience in a 5 star Hotel (Le Plaza), where having found the "5 star attitude", evolved towards a people oriented, motivational coach when conducting sales (NV Antoine) and customer services (Alken-Maes/Heineken)teams. Afterwards going into ICT Projects as a Change Practicioner, Business/Functional Consultant and finally as Project Manager, all within the beautiful Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement platform. This ICT journey has brought him accross wonderful teams within NORRIQ Benelux, C-Clear Partners and finally CEGEKA.  His company was founded, so he can put all his passion and enthusiasm in the hands of (SME) companies to sustainably grow, while always looking for innovative improvements that lead towards a more efficient organisation.
